Is the price available in every commune?
Yes, across the 21 covered communes. In 14 established communes, price data is abundant; in newer areas it is still limited — in that case we tell you clearly and show a range with its reliability level, rather than a falsely precise figure.
Does it replace a surveyor or a notary?
